We've just completed our first year of ordering flu vaccine from FFF. Historically, ordering and receiving flu vaccine has been a dreaded chore, as it always (and I mean ALWAYS) required endless phone calls, unfulfilled promises from distributors, having to cancel scheduled flu clinics, having to place orders with numerous distributors in the hope of getting at least some vaccine to show up when promised, and nothing but headaches.

I wanted to let you know that our experience with FFF this year has been a much needed breath of fresh air.
